Vote YES on 2A to
Protect Centennial’s
Quality of Life
Dedicated funding for roads, bridges, sidewalks, and traffic safety.
Street Maintenance and Traffic Safety Costs are Rising
By 2028, existing funding levels will no longer cover the costs of routine maintenance of Centennial’s roads, bridges, sidewalks and traffic signals.
The Solution
Vote YES on 2A This November
On a $100 taxable purchase
Dedicated Transportation Funding
This November, Centennial voters can approve a 1% sales tax increase dedicated to street maintenance, traffic safety, bridges and sidewalks.
What the 2A Ballot Measure Will Fund
The additional revenue will be dedicated to maintaining and improving Centennial’s transportation infrastructure.
Roads
Pothole repairs and pavement preservation across 1,150 lane miles
Bridges
Maintenance and safety improvements for 94 bridges
Sidewalks
Repairs and improvements that support pedestrian access and neighborhood connections
Traffic Safety
Maintenance of 92 traffic signals, intersections and other safety projects
The qualities that make Centennial special cannot be taken for granted. Roads must be maintained. Bridges must remain safe. Neighborhoods must stay connected. Responsible stewardship means caring for what earlier generations built and passing it forward in even better condition.
A Record Worth Protecting
For 25 years, Centennial has built a record of limited government, responsible financial management and safe neighborhoods.
Limited Government
Centennial uses a lean contract-city model and public-private partnerships to deliver services efficiently while seeking the best value for taxpayers.
Debt-Free by Design
Centennial follows a pay-as-you-go approach. The City carries no municipal debt or pension liabilities and maintains one of the lowest municipal tax rates in the Denver metropolitan area.
Safe Streets.
Safe Neighborhoods.
Centennial prioritizes public safety and the transportation system residents rely on to reach their homes, schools and neighborhoods safely.
Now it is our turn to protect that legacy.
By voting YES on 2A, we can provide dedicated funding for streets, bridges, sidewalks and traffic safety—while preserving the responsible, debt-free approach that has distinguished Centennial since its founding.
